This is day 3 of The Fresh Diet. Below is all the food I was provided with for day 3.
Breakfast: Whole wheat waffles with honey sweet ham, fresh cantaloupe and sugar-free syrup.
Lunch: Chicken caesar salad with grape tomato, romaine lettuce & whole wheat croutons with caesar dressing.
Snacks: Petite wild berry cheesecake and toasted coconut mousse.
Dinner: Cajun rubbed grilled skirt steak with sides of steamed sweet potato and white bean cassoulet with chicken sausage.
