This is day 4 of The Fresh Diet. Below is all the food I was provided with for day 4.
Breakfast: Creamy banana nut oatmeal.
Lunch: Whole wheat pizza topped with tri-color bell pepper, mozzarella cheese & marinara sauce.
Snacks: Bite size turkey taco with sour cream, cheddar cheese and fresh salsa on a mini corn tortilla and a petite apricot cheesecake.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with traditional red mole sauce with sides of creamy parmesan, parsnip and potato mas as well as crispy brussel sprouts with fennel and fresh lemon zest.
