This is day 5 of The Fresh Diet. Below is all the food I was provided with for Day 5.
Breakfast: Cinnamon swirl multi-grain french toast with fresh apples and blackberry ricotta cheese.
Lunch: Roasted turkey and green bean wrap with honey dijon.
Snacks: Mini whole wheat sweet & sour sloppy joe and petite chocolate chip cheesecake.
Dinner: Spiced rubbed flank steak with sides of whole wheat linguine pasta and roasted bell peppers.
