This is day 6 of The Fresh Diet. Below is all the food I was provided with for Day 6.
Breakfast: Whole wheat blueberry waffles with red grapes & cinnamon pear cottage cheese.
Lunch: Hearty winter vegetable soup.
Snacks: Chicken skewer with tequila lime glaze and cherry and chocolate peanut butter cookies.
Dinner: Stuffed chicken asiago & tarragon with sides of whole wheat potato gnocchi with sun dried tomatoes, brown butter, sage and lemon as well as hearty winter cauliflower and broccoli stir fry.
