This is day 7 of The Fresh Diet. Below is all the food I was provided with for Day 7.
Breakfast: Sweet potato ginger pancakes with fresh tangerine and chicken apple sausage.
Lunch: Thai beef salad with flank steak, boston lettuce, scallions, wasabi peas, alfalfa & thai dressing.
Snacks: Petite cherry vanilla cheesecake and coconut macaroons.
Dinner: Veal cutlets with creamy mustard and tarragon sauce with sides of southwestern corn saute as well as braised daikon with tomato, fennel and white wine.
