Fun Online Math and Educational Games For Kids

With all that’s been going on around the world, many of us find ourselves to be doing a lot of homeschooling with our children. I have two daughters, and I have been helping them daily with the work their teachers have been sending them. It’s not always easy either. I know it can be frustrating for both the parents and the kids. I think trying to make learning more fun for kids gets them more interesting in the work they have to do.

Calculators.org is a website with a lot of fun math games for kids. All games in their FREE online arcade open in a new tab with no branding, navigation, ads, or any other distracting elements, so students can learn math while having fun learning in a focused environment. There are so many fun math games on this website for kids. I’m always looking for websites like these that my children can learn from, but also have fun with. This has been an amazing one for them too. They love to be able to play fun games like these, and I love that they can learn from them.

Multiple choice selection game where players have up to 3 seconds to pick the right answer. The speed makes the game quite difficult compared to most other games in our collection.

Math is a subject I think is extremely important too. Many of us use math every day, so it’s something I want my kids to always remember. It’s important that they know how to do math so that they can continue to use it every day. When they get older, and have jobs, I’m sure they’ll be using numbers too.

A fox has 3 lives with each wrong answer or unanswered multiple choice answer leading to a lost life. This game helps students learn addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Each of these games will show different difficulty levels too. That way you can tell which one may seem more fit for your child. They are all rated with stars on how easy or hard they may be. I thought that was nice because I have two daughters, and the oldest has a harder time with math. These ratings will be easier to determine which ones would be best suited for my children.

Colorful game for young children with 5 easy levels.

They even have a lot of different word games, puzzles, coloring and so much more! Everything they have is very educational. My kids enjoy doing puzzle games, so these were ones they really enjoyed. Cross word puzzles are some of their favorites, and they have those, so that was fun for them. Of course they love to color and do regular puzzles as well, so all these are wonderful. I’m sure your kids won’t have any trouble finding some games that they will enjoy.

Simple puzzles offering 2 modes of difficulty, with both being quite easy as the puzzle’s outline is shown in the background.

They have so many wonderful options for kids when it comes to math. I can see kids having a lot of fun with these. It’s great for both the kids and parents because the kids can have fun while the parents know they’re learning while enjoying it. I’ve always thought that kids learn more from things that are actually interesting and fun. My kids definitely learn more when there is a fun side to math. I know how difficult it can be for kids to do math, so anything like this can be really helpful.

Click on the moving balls to add up to the specified number. The game has three modes: easy, medium and hard. Even the easy mode is quite difficult as the balls move exceptionally fast and the game is over if you go above the specified number.

Calculators.org is definitely a great option if you’re looking for math games for kids. Whether you already home school, are a teacher, or maybe homeschooling for now because of all that’s going on, this would be a great place for kids to be able to learn. Both of my daughters have been doing math daily, so adding in something like this for them is a lot more fun. I believe that all kids should be able to have fun while learning, and that’s just what this site does.

I’m always looking for good resources for math for kids. It is the hardest thing for parents to find. I work with public schools and now that they are closed I have turned to parents for my work.
