My family and I love to play games. We try to make time each week so that we can play together as a family. My daughters and I love to play them very often. If we had the time, I know we’d play every day. Family game nights are such a great way to get the family together for some fun. We are always looking out for new games to play too. We recently learned about TREND Enterprises, Inc. They have a lot of fun card games too.

Gnomes VS Trolls

Tricky trolls are lurking, turning up when they’re least expected. Flip a card to find your fate: a gnome, treasure, or a TROLL! Nine thieving trolls surprise unsuspecting gnomes, take their treasure, and put an end to their gathering games.

It’s up to players to surround their treasure cards with gnomes to protect it, but remember, when the 9th troll card turns up, time’s up!

A Favorite of my Kids

Gnomes VS Trolls was one of our favorite games. It was so much fun! My daughters had a real blast with this. You want to try to get all the gnomes around the treasure so that the trolls don’t take it away. Trolls can take them unless they are surrounded by at least three gnomes. It can be difficult getting all the gnomes around the treasure before getting a troll card too. It was an easy game to learn that I know my family is going to play a lot now. Of course they have other cards too that make it harder. They have a sleepy card where you can lose a turn or a sneaky card where you can take another plays treasure as long as it doesn’t have three trolls guarding it. This was an awesome game for my daughters. They really loved this one.

Gemz!

Get ready for gem-collecting, bling-building fun! This award-winning game is full of action as you draw, swap, and switch out cards to watch your gem take shape. Uncover all of one color to build a jewel of gemz. Watch out for action cards that speed up or slow down progress. Will you win or lose with your next move?

Gemz! is another simple game to play. This one is probably the easiest, especially for kids. What you want to do here, is create a gem with all the same colors. You will only be able to have six cards at a time. Each player will take turns to get a new card and you can decide whether you want to keep the card or get rid of it. The winner is the one who completes their gem first. There are some other fun cards with this too, like swap. With the swap card you get to swap a card with another player. This one is another of our favorites and it was a lot of fun too.

enCOWnter

A Fun UFO Game

enCOWnter is a game where you want to try to get all the items on your card. The UFO will show a light down on three different items. Most of them are animals, but sometimes you may get something like a tractor. You can’t have more then three cards in your hand at a time either. You can always try to trick the other players by keeping some of the cards that they have on their UFO card. That way the other player won’t get that card since you still have it in your hand. You sometimes really have to think about it with this game. You may not always want to get rid of some cards even if you don’t have that one on your UFO. It’s a great way to trick others. This one is a simple game as well and a lot of fun. My kids really liked being able to try to get all their cards to match up.

On Track

Use strategy and planning to stay on track. Make the right connections to build a railroad from engine to terminal to WIN! Each player builds across a different geographic region: plains, deserts, coastlines, and mountains.

Complete Your Track

With the On Track game, you just want to be the first to complete your track. Everyone will have their very own color, so you can play up to four players at a time. You will have to make sure all the tracks colors match up with your engine card as well as making sure they go in the right direction. They have to match up on the tracks. The terminal cards are the ones that will end your track. Once you have that card the game is over and you’re the winner. There will also be open and closed track cards that you will have to place down. If you have a closed track card, you can’t open your track back up until you get the open card. This game can be a bit more tricky, but so much fun.

sqWATCH Out!

The snap of a twig? A howl in the distance? sqWATCH OUT! When you hear it, you know! Test your memory and your appetite for mystery with this award-winning card game that’s all about Bigfoot and BIG fun for the whole family!

sqWATCH OUT! is probably the game that takes more time to complete, but is very fun to play too. There are six cards that complete bigfoot. Each one needs to be turned over before the game is complete. You get to turn one over only if you win one of the rounds. The way to win the round, is to have the most points on your cards. Everyone gets a total of four cards. You can switch out some of them with other cards or even switch with other players depending on which cards you receive. The higher the number on the card the better your chances are at winning. This one could take a little longer depending on how long it takes you to get your four cards that you want to keep.
