Ham Pasta Salad

24 June, 2014 by KatBp 4 Comments

I’ve been wanting to make some pasta salads for a while now. Since it’s summer time I decided to go a head and make one. I’ve always wanted to try a ham salad so this is when I decided to make up my own ham pasta salad recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of noodles (I used the elbow noodles)
  • 1 bag of peas
  • Blocks of cheese
  • Cubes of ham (I bought mine already cubed)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Cook the noodles according to the box. Once they’re cooked you can put them in a big bowl and put them in the fridge to cool. Once they have cooled, take them out. Next you can add the bag of peas, cheese and ham. You can add as much of each ingredient as you want. Next you’re going to want to add some mayonnaise and mustard. I usually use about a cup to two cups and sometimes a little more of the mayonnaise. It really depends on your liking and how much you want to use. For the mustard I normally use about 1 teaspoon but once again I sometimes use less or more. Then I just put some pepper and salt on top for some taste and mix it all in. That’s it! It’s a very easy salad to make. I hope you all enjoy!

Thank you so much for this recipe. With the weather getting warmer this is a great side with hamburgers or chicken. This is definately going into my recipe box.
