It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is tomorrow! I have a great sweet potatoes recipe for you. These are honey cinnamon sweet potatoes. This is different from what I normally make, but I love these. You’ll find the recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions:

Cut up your sweet potatoes in to squares, or something similar. Then you’re going to want to make sure your sweet potatoes are on a baking sheet. Make sure that they are all spread out and not on top of each other.

Next you’re going to want to take the honey and olive oil and drizzle it across the sweet potatoes. After you have done that, you’ll take the cinnamon, pepper and salt and sprinkle that on top.

The oven will be set to 375 degrees and you’ll want to cook these til they’re soft. Usually that’s about 20-30 minutes. That’s all there is to this recipe. It’s very simple and I hope you all enjoy it!
