Have you ever had an indoor campout? They are very similar to having a campout outdoors, but instead you are indoors. My family does them a bit different indoors then we would outdoors. Obviously we can’t really have a fire indoors unless we had a fireplace, which we don’t. It’s just like a big fun campout indoors. We can still have smores and popcorn like we normally would. What’s really nice about these air mattresses, is that they have built in ac pumps. This makes it so easy to pump the air mattresses up quick. It doesn’t take long at all to get them aired up either. This also makes it so that you can let the air out easily too. You can get them aired out quicker as well, and they fold up a lot easier while letting the air out through the ac pump.
Sleepover
We decided that an indoor campout/sleepover would be the most fun with the Bestway Air Mattress. We love using them when the kids have friends over. It makes it so nice so that they can all sleep on them together. This way they get to watch some fun movies on t.v. too. The kids were so excited to have some friends over for their sleepover. They always get excited when they get to have someone spend the night. This was even more exciting with the air mattresses too.
We had six kids over and two adults in the morning. Not everyone stayed at night, but many of them got to enjoy the air mattresses during the day too. We had so much fun watching movies, playing games and so much more! Even the dog couldn’t help but jump on on the air mattress. We usually do throw down a blanket over the air mattress to protect it more though.
Everyone had so much fun just sitting on the Bestway Air Mattress and chatting or coloring some pictures. I don’t know what it is about air mattresses, but the kids seem to really love being on them. They wouldn’t stop being on them and just wanted to sit and have fun.
Blankets Over the Air Mattress
As you can see, I do love to throw blankets over the air mattresses. This way they’re not getting as dirty, and I personally think it helps from not accidentally getting popped too. If you have animals who love to sleep on them, I’d recommend putting down some kind of mattress. Our cats love to sleep with all of us, so even when my kids have others over, you’ll sometimes find the cats sleeping with them on the air mattress. It’s a great idea to keep them covered. That way all the hair and such doesn’t get all over the mattress. That is just my opinion though.
Ending the Night
Towards the end of the night, everyone got settled in and wanted to watch some t.v. and eat popcorn. That’s always a great way to end the day. Everyone fell asleep watching t.v. on the air mattresses too. It was a great night for everyone. These air mattresses are going to make for more great sleepovers. I know my kids are already excited to have more of their friends stay so they can bring the air mattresses out again.

O no! These come with patches too, so you can patch up holes. I’m sure those scissors made bigger holes though.

Yes! We have indoor campouts all the time. We usually make a big fort in the living room and then slide a mattress in. We haven’t tried it with an air mattress yet, but that’s a great idea.
