Jollytime Popcorn Review

13 June, 2013 by KatBp 3 Comments

I’m a huge fan of popcorn. I’ve tried many different brands of popcorn and I love most of them. When I want something that’s salty and buttery I’ll go for some popcorn. Although I’ve been trying to eat healthier, I tend to stay away from popcorn now. I was really excited when I got the chance to review some of Jolly Time’s Smart Balance popcorn.

I knew that this was a healthier choice verses some of the other popcorn out there. Most of the time I feel guilty after eating popcorn because of all the butter and salt I like to have with it. You can never go wrong with some salt and butter with popcorn. I know it’s unhealthy for you so this is why I was so excited to review the Jolly Time Smart Balance popcorn.

I was sent two boxes of Jolly Time Popcorn. One was butter and the other was butter light. I also got a heart-shaped bowl for the popcorn. The bowl was really neat and I love that it was in the shape of a heart. This will be my popcorn bowl from now on. They also sent three free coupons for some popcorn.

Once I got my kids to bed I decided it would be the perfect time to try out the popcorn. It didn’t take very long to heat up in the microwave. I think it took about two minutes or less. All microwaves will vary so make sure to read the packages carefully. I could smell this out in the other room while it was popping. Once it was done I couldn’t wait, so I poured it in the bowl and tried some. It was very delicious! It had the perfect amount of butter and salt.  I was very surprised because I thought I would want to add some more salt or butter, but I didn’t.

I would definitely buy this popcorn again. It was really good and it’s a much healthier option especially since I’ve been trying to eat healthier. I do love having popcorn so this will be my choice of popcorn from now on. Make sure to check them out on Facebook and Twitter. They even have some recipes you can check out to make some delicious treats.

I love the heart shaped bowl, and popcorn is always pretty good. I just never take the time to remember it, except at the movie theater where it is super bad. I’ll keep this in mind.
