Fun In Motion Toys-Tecti
If you know anyone who loves to build, I think they’re going to love this Hypertiles set. This is a very unique set for building. The set comes with 48 tiles that have a web/grid pattern and 80 small plastic connectors. The company notes that each tile is a hyperbolic parabaloid- which is a special mathematical shape. That’s what I really love about this set though, are the shapes. They’re so unique! While this is marked 5 & up, they believe it is really great for 8+. You do need to have fine motor skills to add the plastic connectors. Those pieces can be a bit tricky, so I agree with the age of 8+, although an adult can certainly help connect those pieces too. Either way though, I think kids will love connecting these pieces together to make something creative. A true STEM toy that provides builders with a hands on experience in non-Euclidean geometry.

There are so many great ideas for the kids. My daughter was given one of the warm pals for her baby. It is even infused with lavender and can be microwaved. I just hope she likes it. One of my sweet customers gave her a goody bag of gifts for her new baby. He is due Dec 15th.
