PRIZES: (One hundred [100] prizes will be awarded): There will be a total of Ten (10) Grand Prize winner(s) and Ninety (90) second place prize winner(s) selected during the entry period. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected daily starting Tuesday August 13, 2013 through August 26, 2013 (10 Grand Prize winner(s) in total). The Grand Prize winner will receive the entire i.Envy Lash collection valued under $200.00(US). Ninety (90) second prize winners will be selected during the entry period. Each second place prize winner will receive a set of i.Envy Lashes and a lash adhesive. The total approximate retail value of the second place prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is less than $15.00(US).
The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received and are equal regardless of method of entry. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the Grand Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Releasees’ sole control.
