Probiotics

Probiotics are great for adding to your daily routine. I think they are especially good right now with the corona virus spreading like it is. If kids take these probiotics daily, it can help replenish the good bacteria in the microbiome to protect kids from the effects of harmful bacteria. A healthy digestive system can also provide a strong foundation for immune health. This is a time where we all need healthy immune systems. We haveto try to do all we can right now to keep our immune systems in good shape.

About

Wakunaga of America is a family owned, privately held supplement company established in 1972. They are committed to promoting consumer health worldwide through the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of high-quality medicinal herbs. Wakunaga of America’s mission is to provide products of the highest quality, supported by truthful science and accompanied by helpful consumer information.

Kyo-Dophilus Probiotics

Finding the right probiotic means considering more than CFU counts. Choose a probiotic with strains that are diverse, compatible and able to survive stomach acid, to encourage implantation and rapid replication in your gut.

Kyo-Dophilus Probiotics are formulated to support healthy digestive and immune systems.* Their probiotics deliver efficacy, quality and extended live cell viability, without refrigeration. They offer a variety of formulas and potencies made with clinically proven strains to help meet your specific health needs.

Just the facts

Wakunaga of America developed Kyo-Dophilus Probiotics nearly thirty years ago with the goal of sharing the health benefits of “friendly bacteria” to help maintain overall well-being.

Kyo-Dophilus Kids Probiotic maintains good bowel regularity, relieves occasional digestive discomfort, and promotes healthy immune function.

It contains human strain bacteria called The Friendly Trio that are documented in clinical studies to show various health benefits including: strengthening immune function, aiding a healthy inflammatory response, and restoring beneficial bacteria.

The great-tasting vanilla chewable tablet is easy to take and is free of GMO’s sodium, preservatives, artificial colors, dairy, gluten, and soy.

A 60-count bottle of Wakunaga of America Kyo-Dophilus Kids Probiotic typically retails for $16. A 90-count bottle typically retails for $32.

The kids tablets are chewable, so they are easy enough for kids to take. They also taste like vanilla, so kids can enjoy the flavor too. My daughters enjoy the chewable tablets the most, so these were good for them. I’m happy that they are not the pill form where they have to swallow them because my kids would probably have a hard time with that. They usually do chewables, gummies or liquids. It was great to see they could take the chewable ones.

Great for Kids

This was actually the first time my kids have taken probiotics before. I wish I would have introduced them to them sooner. I know how important probiotics can be too. Besides helping with the immune system, they can also help maintain good bowel regularity as well as relieve occasional digestive discomfort. If your kids ever have a hard time going to the bathroom, these can be very helpful. This is another one of the reasons I love giving these to my kids, because of how much it can help them when it comes to their bowl movements.

Keeping a Good Diet

It’s important to keep up with a good diet as well. It can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we keep up with a good diet most days. My kids love eating their fruits and vegetables. If they could eat them all day everyday, they probably would. I really love how this plate shows all the foods you should eat in a day. That is a great way for kids to know what they should be eating for every meal too.

Wakunaga of America Kyo-Dophilus Kids Probiotic is available to purchase at local health food stores, Sprouts Farmers Market,
Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocers, as well as online at Swansons Vitamins and Amazon. Visit momsmeet.link/wakanugalocate for the full list of locations.

Probiotics make such a huge difference in overall health. When our kids first moved in with us, they had tons of health issues. Eating nutritious foods and supplementing well (including probiotics) made such a difference in their gut health and in turn, in their overall health.
