Do you ever use any kind of sweeteners? Naturals sweeteners are always the best way to go. You don’t want to go with any of those artificial sweeteners. Those could actually be worse for you. I usually try to just avoid all sweeteners because I’m not sure what they really put in them.

Luckily I heard about Life & Food’s Yacon Syrup. This is a natural sweetener and I thought I’d give it a try. They sounded like a great company with many great products offered. I thought it might be a great chance for me to try it out. They have some great benefits to it as well.

This product is used as a dietary supplement. You’ll want to take 1 teaspoon three times a day. It’s preferred to take them before your meals each day. You can use this as a sweetener in tea or coffee and other beverages as well. You can even add them on pancakes and in other liquid mixes.

I love to use this sweetener with my tea. I always drink Chamomile tea and I’m so surprised at how great the yacon syrup tastes. It is so great with tea! It actually gives it some added flavor and I love it. I honestly didn’t think I was going to like it but I’m so glad that I do. I can now add this with my tea each morning. It’s great!

Make sure to check out Life & Food for their Yacon Syrup product. I’m sure you will love this as much as I do. I hope you see some changes each day too. I’ve noticed I’ve had a lot more energy each day so that’s great for me too!
