Have you ever seen the show The Magic School Bus? I use to watch this show as a kid all the time. It was one of my favorite shows. I absolutely love that it’s very educational as well. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to review this DVD. I really want to see if my children love this show as much as I did when I was younger.
I received The Magic School Bus Takes A Dive on DVD to review. This DVD includes four episodes. Those are: Goes to Mussel Beach, Gets Swamped, Takes a Dive and a Bonus:For Lunch.
I’ve always loved how educational this show is. I think they teach the kids a lot of different things. In these episodes they are a lot about water. The ocean and some wetland adventures. Ms. Frizzle is the teacher that always takes the students on some fun adventures.
Ms. Frizzle and the students have a magic school bus that they’re always riding on. The bus can transform in to anything to help out the kids and teacher. Even Ms. Frizzle and the students can transform in to other things. They’ll be able to learn what it’s like to be other types of things. In one of the episodes they’re mussels and the teacher is a crab. They’ll learn about being in the ocean.
I was very excited to see my kids actually sitting down and watching this DVD. I’m so glad they enjoyed it as much as I did as a kid. I know they’ll be getting educated with this DVD so I don’t have a problem with them watching it at all. I know some shows are not educational at all. I’ve always been a huge fan of all movies/shows that are educational for children and ones they can enjoy at the same time.
This DVD is out for sale right now, so make sure to pick up a copy for yourself. If you’ve never seen this show before than I recommend you grab a copy and see if your kids love it as much as mine do.
