Alright ladies, let’s get a little personal here. I’m going to get in to some detail about light bladder leakage. (LBL) I know you may not want to talk about it, but I’m sure we’ve all been there at least once. I have had my fair share of LBL when I was pregnant with my children.
I remember when I was pregnant with my first child as it neared the end of my pregnancy, I was always going to the bathroom. I’m sure if you have ever been pregnant then you know how I felt. Sometimes when I was laughing so hard I would pee a little or even from sneezing. Has this ever happened to you? Whether you were ever pregnant or not, I’m guessing this has happened to most of you.
The new Poise Microliners are shockingly thin and surprisingly absorbent, which help women with light bladder leakage (LBL) manage their little leaks with confidence. They’re designed to absorb wetness, neutralize odor and stay three times drier than period liners.
I keep the Poise liners in my purse so that I always have them whenever I may need them. You never know when you might need them. It’s best to always keep them handy.
You shouldn’t feel embarrassed to have them either. It’s a great way to keep you protected. Now whenever I’m out on the go I’ll always have them with me. I won’t have to have anymore worries. Who knows what the day might hold!
To find more about this product check out the Poise website. Right now you can get a free sample as well, so make sure to get your FREE sample and try it out for yourself. Feel free to come back and let me know more about your sample.

I don’t have leakage issues, but there is a whole group of moms in my zumba class who do & there is always a collective sigh when a song with jumps comes on!

That’s hilarious! 😛
These are life-savers for those who suffer from LBL. I know I had struggled after giving birth to my little one. Wish I would have known about Poise microliners then.
The only time I’ve ever experienced slight leakage is when I was still having periods and used tampons. For some reason those caused a little leakage but now that I’ve had a hysterectomy and don’t use tampons, I’m not being bothered by this issue.
I think these are so discreet and fabulous for women who suffer from LBL. Nobody would know they’re wearing any protection.
LBL sucks. Every time you cough or laugh or get startled, you get the drippies. =(
Things like this can be really embarrassing, but doesn’t have to be with poise. It sucks, but it is just another part of life. Thanks for the coupon.
I use these when my period is super heavy. I find they are better than pads. My hubby bought them by mistake and I was too lazy to return them. I think cast iron bladders must run in my family since my 77 yo mom has never had a problem either. Watch…now that I said that…
I have used these before, they are awesome! After having 5 kids my bladder is SO not the same!
I have this problem and I hate because I can’t do any jump ropes at all. I tried poise before and liked it.
My mom used to use Poise. I have no doubt that if I ever need a product like this, I will go with Poise!
This topic seems too be getting a lot of hype lately! Glad to know there’s wonderful products to help with the problem!
I hate sneezing and leaking a little. Or coughing to hard. Thanks for the coupon!
I’m 24 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child right now, and I seriously have to go every single time I stand up! Poise microliners have been a godsend!
Oddly, I had this issue before having my daughter, but now I don’t. Weird, no?? Thanks for the coupon, though. I’ve wondered about the Poise liners, and now I can check them out myself!
I love that they’re making products like this to prevent embarrassing situations. And I LOVE that they’re so thin. I hate feeling like I’m wearing a diaper.
Yes, it can be embarassing but it is great there are products to help us.
Having lower bladder leakage sucks big time. I’m only 33 and I know all about it already. 🙁
I love how thin these are, everyone needs a good panty liner sometimes. Thanks for the sample.
Thankfully this really has not been an issue for me, but you never know what the future may bring. Thank you for the information.
Robin, that makes me laugh. But it’s the truth. I love my kids but I could have gone without that!
Liners are becoming a common accessory for me. Earlier than I would like, but I love that they are discreet.
