Ingredients:

  • About 24 Mint Oreos (you could use the whole bag)
  • 1.5 Quart of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • Cool Whip
  • Andes Mints

Instructions:

Crush up all of the oreos. Then mix together the crushed up oreos with the butter. Spread it in a deep pie pan. Mix the ice cream and a big spoonful of cool whip. (about 1/3 of the container of Cool Whip.) Spread that over the oreo crust. Then break apart some of the Andes mints and put them on top of the pie.

ENJOY! My husband loves mint so he really loved this. If you’re a mint fan then I think you’ll really enjoy this.
