Prizes:
a. Sweepstakes Prize:
1 GRAND PRIZE: A 7-Night Caribbean cruise for four (4) aboard a Royal Caribbean
Cruises Ltd. vessel in two double-occupancy staterooms. Prize will be issued in the
form of a cruise certificate (the “Certificate”). Cruise prize includes standard guest
accommodations. Cruise provided subject to the terms and conditions in Royal
Caribbean’s guest cruise ticket contract, the Certificate and applicable brochure.
Such terms and conditions of use that are listed on these documents include, but are
not limited to, the following:
• Cruise must be booked 21 days prior to sailing;
• Sailing must be completed within 365 days of Certificate issue date;
• Blackout dates apply;
• Certificate only applicable to stateroom categories F, H, I, M, L, N, and
Q. For Oasis of the Seas and Allure of the Seas only, eligible stateroom
categories are G, F, H, I, M, L, N, and Q.
Stateroom category upgrades and 3rd and 4th guests within each stateroom can be
booked for additional fees (which would be the responsibility of winner), based on
availability. Cruise prize is subject to stateroom availability at time of booking.
Winner and guest are responsible for all travel documents (such as a valid passport and visa) required for travel. Royal Caribbean is not responsible for flight
postponement or cancellation. Winner and guest must travel at the same time on
the same itinerary. No guest under 21 years of age will be booked in a stateroom
unless accompanied by a person who is 21 years or older. A parent or legal guardian
must accompany all guests under the age of 18. Married couples who do not meet
these age restrictions may, at Royal Caribbean’s discretion, be permitted to sail.
Winner and guests must sign Royal Caribbean’s cruise ticket contract prior to being
allowed to board the cruise. Compensation will not be provided for any unused
portions of the prize. Winner and guests are each solely responsible for any and all
costs, other than those specifically stated in these Official Rules, that may be
incurred or arise as a result of being awarded the prize. Such costs may include, but
are not limited to, all federal, state, local, or other government or quasigovernmental taxes and fees, fuel supplement charges, travel insurance, any travel
costs and items of a personal nature (i.e., shore excursions, passport fees,
gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, some entertainment, service fees,
medical services, etc.). Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of
the prize. Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is not responsible for and will not replace
any lost, stolen or destroyed Certificate. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,900.
Actual value will depend on selected dates of sailing. Prize is not transferable and
may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or for another prize, except
at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only
for a prize of equal or greater value. A prize not won and claimed by an eligible
winner in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain
the property of Royal Caribbean.
The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries
received during the Promotion Period
b. Instant Win Game Prizes:
6 FIRST PRIZES: A Weber® Q® 220 gas grill and a Weber® portable cart. ARV:
$324.
60 SECOND PRIZES: A $25 Best Buy® gift card, terms and conditions apply. ARV:
$25.
The odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of prizes
available divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays.
For All Prizes: No substitution, exchange, or transfer of prize by any winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.
Each winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or
use. Limit: 1 Sweepstakes Prize and 1 Instant Win Game Prize per person. Total
ARV of All Prizes: $7,344.
