Do you or your children love robotic toys? WowWee has got some amazing toys and most of them are robotic. These toys would make for some great holiday gifts. My kids are definitely going to get some of their toys for the Christmas and maybe even their birthdays!
I was provided with MiP to review. MiP is a robotic robot. He is equipped with GestureSense technology, any hand motion controls MiP. You can use the free app to drive it, play games & more all while MiP balances on two wheels!
This guy is very neat! Instead of using a remote like most robotic toys, you can use your hand to move him. You can simply put your hand in front of him to move him or stop him.
His modes include:
- MiP-Use your hand to direct him and he will follow
- Tracking-Play the ultimate version of follow the leader and watch MiP precisely track your hands, legs, or any other object of your choice
- Dance-MiP is the life of the dance party. Flip its wheel to light blue and watch this rock star do what he does best
- Roam-Watch MiP’s explore and react to the environment. Highly responsive to surroundings, MiP detects objects in the way, acknowledges them, avoids them, and keeps on going
- Tricks-Have fun with this one, to the tune of up to 50 commands. MiP lets you program different sequences of action. Swipe your hand in all directions, clap twice, and MiP will play it back. Anything you can do, MiP can do better
- Cage-MiP is in a virtual cage. It’s your turn to prevent its escape by blocking all the exits
- Stack-Stack as many objects as you can on MiP’s tray before the timer runs out! Be amazed at all that MiP can carry
As you can see, he’s got a lot of modes. You’ll have so much fun with him. There are so many options that make him so great. I love all of his modes, but I really love stacking objects on this tray. This can get to be very difficult. This can be a challenge, but I love a great challenge. I also love to challenge my children, so this is a great toy for them.
If you have an iOS or Android smartphone you’ll be able to do even more with MiP. You can draw lines on the app and he’ll follow along those lines. It’s such an amazing app! I highly recommend this app if you have the right smartphone. You’ll be able to play some games with this app as well. It’s very entertaining! Check out my video below to see how he works.
Overall I really enjoyed MiP. Kids are going to have so much fun with him. They’ll be able to play with him for hours! Even I could play with him for hours and I’m not even a kid! Anyone will have a lot of fun with MiP.
