If you have been following along my movie journey, you’ll know that my daughters and I are watching movies from a list I made. You can check that list out HERE if you’d like. There are a ton of movies on this list that I plan to watch with my daughters. These were movies I watched growing up, so I want them to experience these movies as well. We all sit down as a family each week and pick out a movie. We don’t always get to watch one a week, but we try.
About The Adventures of Scamper the Penguin:
About entertaining adventures of penguin Lolo, about the nature and fauna of Antarctica. The film is about inhabitants of Antarctica penguins, about their existence full of dangers, about adventures of penguin Lolo who being inquisitive since the birth, learns a lot of interesting about the world, the nature and the environment.
Since this movie was about penguins, and the main characters are pink and blue, I thought this would be a great time to bring out some pink and blue foods. We even found some blue fish candy, so that worked out perfectly since they love to eat fish. It was actually simple to find these colors for food, so that was great for us. It was a lot of sweet snacks though. It’s okay though, we always enjoy coming up with these snack boards.
I had seen this movie when I was little, and I actually really enjoyed it. I’ve always thought this was a cute movie. You can’t find it hardly anywhere though. This was definitely not a very common movie, and I’m not even sure I remember where I had even seen it. It was one of those movies that I could remember watching though, so I wanted my daughters to be able to see it as well. I’m so glad I was able to get this one from the library. Honestly, I wasn’t sure we were going to find it.
Have you ever seen this movie before? I don’t know many people who have. I’d really love to know how many of you have even heard of this one before. It’s one of those that are great for kids to see too. Definitely one I’d watch with my daughters again. It’s such a cute one. If you want to see it, they do have it on AMAZON. It is a bit spendy though.
