How many of you enjoy watching Netflix? I have made my own personal list of Netflix shows that I want to watch or catch up on. There are so many great shows out there, and I’m so glad that Netflix has a lot of them. I don’t have cable, so Netflix is one of the ways I do watch T.V. even though I don’t watch a whole lot of it. With work and taking care of the house/kids, I don’t get much time to watch shows that I would love to, so I’ve made a list of shows on Netflix that I would love to watch. This way when I do have the time to watch them, I can mark them off my list.
Here is my list of shows I want to watch:
Orange is the New Black. My husband and I have been trying to catch up on the latest season of this show. It’s one of our favorites that we watch together. He works so much that it’s hard to get the time to watch this. It’s not a show for kids, so we wait til my girls are in bed or when they’re spending the night somewhere, than we will watch it. Certainly a show to watch!
Wentworth. This is another one of my favorites. This is a lot like Orange is the New Black, but still different. I find this show to be more realistic though. It’s definitely another worth watching, just not around children.
Grey’s Anatomy. I am way behind on this show. I don’t know the last season I have seen, but I definitely need to catch up on this one. This was always one of my favorites to watch when I did have cable. I can’t wait to catch up with this show.
SuperNatural. I remember watching this show when it first came out. Again, this is a show I’m way behind on. I don’t know if I ever watched the complete season one or not.
Shameless. I have not seen this show yet, which is why this is on my list. I have heard a lot of great things about this show, so I want to give it a try and see it.
Prison Break. This is another show I have yet to see. It’s on my list so that I can hopefully start watching it soon. It sounds like a show that I would really enjoy.
The Walking Dead. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I have not even seen one episode of this show yet! I have heard a lot of great things about this show. Everyone is always talking about it. This is definitely one I’m extremely excited to see!
The Originals. This show started with The Vampire Diaries, and now there is The Originals. If you have seen The Vampire Diaries, than you know who the originals are. They were one of the first vampires, so now they have their own show too. I am excited for this show too! If you love vampire shows, than I would recommend watching this one as well.
One Tree Hill. I have not seen this show in many years. It’s probably been at least ten years since I have seen this show. I saw it on Netflix and knew I had to have this one on my list. I loved it when I was younger, and I’d love to watch all the seasons and catch up.
Gossip Girl. This is another show I watched when I was younger. I believe I only got to see a few episodes of this one though. I know I loved this show back then, so I want to watch it again and catch up on all the episodes.
Parenthood. I saw a few of episodes of Parenthood and I loved them. It seemed like a great funny show to watch. I wanted this on my list so I could start from the beginning and watch all these episodes to catch up. I love family shows like these.
Last Man Standing. I watched a little bit of this show, but I hear it has ended now. I would love to start from the beginning and watch all the episodes even if it’s ended. Tim Allen is one of my favorite actors, so I know this show is going to be good.
One Day at a Time. This sounded like another great family show. I saw the previews for this one and it looked like a great family comedy. I figured I’d give this one a watch as well.
House. I use to watch House when I had cable. It was another favorite show that I would watch daily when I could. I would randomly watch episodes, and not necessarily in order either. I’d like to go start from the beginning and watch them all.
Limitless. I have not seen any episodes of Limitless yet. It sounded like a good show and I heard of a few people that enjoyed the show. I figured I’d put this one on my list as well.
Breaking Bad. I have heard a lot of great reviews on this show. I haven’t seen a single episode yet, so I’m excited about this one as well. It sounded like it would be a great show to watch.
You Get Me. I have not started on this show yet either. It looks like something I would enjoy, so this one got put on my list of shows too.
Young & Hungry. This is the show I am currently watching. I’m just about all caught up on this one. I love that this one is full of laughs and all around a funny show.
I’m sure that I can find more shows that I’d love to watch on Netflix. I love the wide variety of movies and shows they have on Netflix. What are some of the shows on your list for Netflix shows to watch? Are any of them the same ones I have listed?
You have quite a list there! I need to see Last Man Standing because everyone keeps telling me how good it is! I can’t wait to see others on this list too there is SO much to see!

I did hear the Wentworth was a grittier depiction of a women’s prison. I’ve been meaning to watch it! We watched the entire Parenthood series and loved it.
Wentworth certainly is. It makes it seem way more realistic too.

So many great shows. I’m currently watching Baby Daddy on Netflix trying to get caught up (I’m a few seasons behind). With Netflix is nearly impossible to run out of things to watch.
Right! You really can’t run out of stuff to watch. I need to put Baby Daddy on my list as well!
Ah, so many awesome shows! I never have time to watch either, but I’ve started turning a show on while I cook dinner. The problem is my kids are in and out of the kitchen so I have to make sure it is child friendly usually. I had no idea they did a spin off of Vampire Diaries with The Originals! I’ll need to check that out.
I’m in the same boat. I can’t watch many of my shows when the kids are up. It will be easier when school starts again, but for now I watch them when my girls are gone at a sleepover or after they go to bed.

The Originals series is next on my list. I was on the last season of The Vampire Diaries and will download the series as soon as I’m done watching. This is a great list.
I’m sad that The Vampire Diaries is over. I loved that show, but glad to be able to watch The Originals now too.

Binge watching has become my preferred way to watch now. I watched a few of those series for the first time ever on Netflix.
Right! sometimes it’s hard to stop watching the episodes when you want to keep watching them.

When I logged into my Netflix account today and saw I was all caught up on episodes I watch, I was kind of bummed. I only get to watch when I’m working in the kitchen and was just thinking that I need a new show. Thanks so much for this list! I haven’t seen at least half of these shows.

I love Netflix for catching up on my favorite shows! I am still on season one of the Originals, I love it, but keep getting distracted by other shows I keep finding on Netflix!

Oh gosh I love Parenthood, I was sad when it was discontinued. I would go back and watch the seasons again I think. I have some catching up to do on shows like this. I’m like 5 episodes behind on This is Us.

This is a great list! I always like to discover new shows to watch, but going back to classic ones are fun too! I have not seen One tree Hill in forever and now want to watch it!

I just started Shameless the other day. I am hooked. It makes me cringe so hard! It’s a great show to engage you though, I just want to know what happens.

I unfortunately don’t have much free time during summer break since my kids are home. I get to watch shows usually when they’re in bed and that’s about it.
We don’t have cable in our home – just stream – and Netflix is one of our favorite sources of television shows! They have a lot of good shows available to watch!
