We all know that organic foods are the best for us. Often they can be very expensive which is why I tend to try to stay away from those. Sometimes you have to go for what’s best for you. As many of you know I’ve been trying to eat healthier, so organic foods are the best for me. Have you heard about Newman’s Own Organics yet?
I received a box full of Newman’s Own Organic products. I couldn’t believe how many items they had sent me. I was so thrilled! There were so many items I had no idea what I wanted to try first. My oldest daughter who is four wanted to try out the pretzels right away. We both really loved them. I think I like them more than I like the normal pretzels. They are organic so they are healthier than the normal pretzels.
One of my favorite candies of theirs was the licorice. I got a pack of sour apple and a pack of sour strawberry. They were both very delicious. They were not sour to me but they were still really good. I would definitely buy these over the other brands of licorice. I love how they’re not normal and got a sour taste to them, even though I wasn’t able to taste to much of the sourness.
I got two different tins of mints. I got the cinnamon mints and the ginger mints. I just knew I had to try out the cinnamon mints. I’m a big fan of the hot cinnamon flavor. Any hot cinnamon candies or mints are usually what I really love. I was surprised at how these mints looked. Normally they’re smaller and different colors. I have to say these were really hot. They definitely look up to their name of being hot cinnamon mints. These are by far the best cinnamon mints I have had yet.
The Hermits cinnamon cookies were another of my favorites. After finding out that they had molasses in them, I just knew I was going to love them. I love molasses cookies, they’re some of my favorite types of cookies. I’ve never had organic molasses before so that was something new. They also have raisins in them. They were soft and chewy. Definitely delicious! I would have to say that these are some of my new favorite cookies.
I’m not a fan of the cookies with creme filling inside. I’ll eat them but I usually just stay away from them. I wasn’t sure what I would think about the Newman-O’s. It turns out that I actually really like them. My favorite were the peanut butter creme filled chocolate cookies. I couldn’t believe how great they were. I know I’ll be buying these cookies more often. Our local Walmart carries these cookies so I’m so happy to have had the chance to try them out. Now I know where to go when I want to buy more.
There are many more products that Newman’s Own Organics carries. They have so many great products out there. If you like organic foods or even if you don’t, I’m sure you will love at least one of their products. I know I’ll be buying more of their products.

I would like to try the newman’s own family recipe cookies, the chocolate chocolate ones look yummy , as well as the hermit ones you tried! I also love cinnamon and was pleasantly surprised by the look of the mints! In addition, I would love to have some of their pet food line to try!
I was just diagnosed with a serious health condition and have researched that my diet might be able to help ease the worst issues. Needless to say, I’m immediately changing my diet, one of which is now no dairy. I know that Newman’s has dairy free products as well as it already being organic so i’m looking forward to trying it!
