A little cream cheese, butter and water can turn any meal into an
amazing meal with this “no-bake” Key Lime Cheesecake Bar. Easy to make
and has a light tart filling on a chocolate cookie crust that taste like
you spent all day.

You will need:
1 cup hot water
2 – 8 ounce packs of cream cheese, softened
5 Tbs butter, melted
Directions;
Line an 8x8x2 inch pan with plastic wrap. Add melted butter to cookie
crust mix and blend well. Press evenly and firmly into bottom of
prepared pan. Place cream cheese, water and cheesecake mix into a medium
bowl and blend for 1 minute. Increase speed and blend on high for 3
more minutes. Pour into crust and chill for 1to 2 hours. Grasp edges of
plastic wrap and lift cheesecake out of pan. cut into 16 bars.

Now I know the box says bars but my mom made a pie with it. She said it was very easy to do and the instructions were easy to follow. This did set up in an hour. We tried little pieces and it tastes so lite and fluffy. I like fluffy and not thick cheese cakes anyways. The crust was to die for. I give this 2 thumbs up. The No-Bake Key Lime cheesecake bars are a quick and very easy dessert to make.
I even took a pic of the piece I was eating and you can see my cat in the right corner waiting for a bite lol
