No Yolks Noodles Recipe Ideas

27 October, 2017 by KatBp 78 Comments

This post was sponsored by No Yolks as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

Noodles are a big thing for my family. We love noodles! My daughters are absolute noodle lovers. They’d eat anything as long as it had noodles in it. That means I have to make a lot of dishes that include noodles so that my daughters will actually eat the meals. This is no problem for me, as I love noodle dishes as well. No Yolks noodles are one of my favorites to use. We use these in a lot of the dishes that we make.

No Yolks noodles are very versatile. It’s not just good for stroganoff or casseroles, but it’s also great for soups, that which includes Miso and French Onion. You can create your own new recipes with them, including Sriracha Cheesy Noodles and Noodles with Kale and Walnut Pesto. Now those sound delicious! It’s fun to be creative with the No Yolks Noodles. I have made a lot of dishes that I may have never really thought about making before with this brand of noodles. It’s great to see all the different dishes out there.

No Yolks has a variety of different kinds of noodles including, Broad, Extra Broad, Fine, Kluski, Dumplings, and now Stir-Fry. This helps make dinner more interesting! Having a variety of noodles is nice so that you can make a variety of dishes. I love the variety of No Yolks noodles because I can make a different dish each night. Since my daughters are always after noodles, it’s nice to be able to switch it up more often.

No Yolks are a healthy egg noodle alternative. They’re also made from egg whites and have no cholesterol, and are low in fat and sodium. They are also high quality noodles that always cook up smooth, firm and fluffy. They will stay this way in all your favorite recipes. I love that they stay firm and fluffy while you use them. I’ve been using these noodles for years, and it always amazes me how great they truly are.

Here are a few ideas that I use the No Yolks Noodles in dishes:

Soups

Now that the weather is cooler, having soup is the perfect way to use these noodles. Chicken noodle soup has always been one of my favorites to use with the No Yolks Noodles. There are many other soup options though. You can always make a beef or even a vegetable soup with these.

Stir Fry

I love to make stir fry, and most of the time I’ll add in some noodles. My daughters love noodles so much that I add them in to a lot of recipes, stir fry being a main one. It’s a great way to get a lot of vegetables in with the noodles.

Spaghetti

You may think making spaghetti you always want thin noodles, but that’s not the case for my family. We love using a wide variety of noodles when we make spaghetti. These broad No Yolks Noodles are perfect for that. My girls love having different shaped noodles like these for their spaghetti. They seem to eat more that way too.

Thai

This is one of my favorites. I love to make Thai dishes, and using these egg noodles is a great way to make a dish like this. Most of you may think of only using the longer thin noodles for this, but not me. I love to use broad noodles for these kinds of recipes as well.

Buttered Noodles

My oldest daughter is a huge fan of buttered noodles. It’s that or she’ll eat them plain. I try to get her to at least put something on it, so it’s usually butter. These are great for buttered noodle dishes too. Besides the butter, you can always add some Parmesan cheese or herbs to the dish and make it even better.

Chow Mein

This may sound different as well, but I love using the No Yolks noodles for chow mein. As you can tell, I love using different variety of noodles for dishes. This would be a great dish to make with these noodles too.

Make sure to check out some of the other great recipe ideas on No Yolks recipe WEBSITE. They have a lot of amazing dishes!
