After a long day I always want to curl up in bed and get a good nights rest. Being a mother I don’t always get very good sleep. Some days I’m lucky if I can get eight hours of sleep. Lately I haven’t been getting the best sleep. Sometimes it’s hard to fall asleep and when I do, I’ll wake up often. There could be many reasons as to why this could happen. Luckily I have the silk duvet by NovosBed to help me sleep.

Features & Benefits

Cotton Cover

  • 100% Cotton 300 thread count cover protects the silk filling and provides luxuriously soft comfort
  • Compatible with standard size duvet covers
  • Quilted pattern keeps silk filling from shifting or bunching

Silk Filling

  • 100% long Mulberry silk fills the duvet, providing natural insulation and warmth
  • Silk has a smooth, soft texture and is one of the strongest natural fibers
  • Novosbed’s silk is obtained from the cocoons of the mulberry silkworm, which produce only the highest quality, protein-rich silk fibers

Lately at night it’s been getting hot in my bedroom. Normally I must have a nice thick blanket because I get very cold. It seems that even that blanket has been to warm for me. This is why the Silk Duvet is perfect for sleeping. It keeps me at the right temperature when I’m sleeping. It doesn’t leave me to cold or hot.

My husband is very picky when it comes to blankets. We normally have our own blankets because he doesn’t like the one I use. He is one who gets hot very easily and I’m the complete opposite. The Silk Duvet is now one of his favorites. I was so surprised when he told me how much he loved it.

I love that this product keeps you cool and warm at night. Every time I go to bed it’s always nice and cool when you put the silk duvet over you. It actually feels like staying in a hotel bed. If you have ever stayed in a hotel you may have noticed a product similar to this on your bed. Usually when I stay in hotels this is what they have on the beds. It’s nice to have the comfort of feeling like you’re in a hotel but you’re still at home.

Another great thing about the silk duvet, is that it’s very lightweight. Most of the ones I have had have always been heavier. I also love that it’s silk. Silk is hypo-allergenic, and is great for those with allergies to feathers & down comforters.

My youngest daughter has some allergies, so this is really nice for her to have as well. Not only does she have allergies, but she has eczema. She usually has to have clothing and bedding that is 100% cotton so that it doesn’t affect her. She often comes to our room and asks to watch movies and she loves to use our bedding. This will be great for her when she wants to watch movies in our room so that she can cover up with the silk duvet. Now I won’t have to worry about her breaking out from the bedding.

I’m very satisfied with this product and I would highly recommend getting the silk duvet from NovosBed. I know it’s going to keep me warm this winter. You’re definitely going to watch to check them out along with some of their other great products.

Gosh. I would want to have this for my lovely bed – a silk duvet is something I always wanted but I never get the chance to have. 🙁

I live in Florida, so our winters aren’t so cold. However, I still love to cuddle up under a soft warm blanket.

That looks very nice. Comfy too. I love duvets. I had one but my dog ruined it when he was sick one night and I haven’t gotten a new one. This one looks very lovely!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a duvet with silk on it before like that. Mine have always been cotton and then I but my bed sheets over it. It looks so luxurious!

I’ve tried silk duvet before, only down. But this looks like a great alternative as well.

Oh, that sounds very luxurious! I’ve always heard that silk is better for resting skin too, I might just have to look into these duvets. I’m a sucker for great bedding!

The winters pretty much suck here in MI. We live in an old farm house with forced air hot water heat. It’s either really hot, or cold. It drives me insane. And of course my husband and I are never the same temperature. This sounds really cozy and useful in that situation.

I’ve never heard of a silk-filled comforter. It sounds very luxurious. If it keep you cool as well, I’d love it. I wake up several times a night from being too warm.

I’ve been looking for something like this, because the comforter I have now, just gets too hot and I have to have a blanket when I sleep.
