PRIZES:
Sweepstakes: (4) Four, one year supply of Now & Later Soft Chews (365 bars) (Total ARV of all
prizes $1,536 ($384 * 4).
Limit one (1) prize per person, per household. Prizes are awarded to the Participant who
submitted the winning entry. Prizes are limited to what is listed in these official rules. Selected
Participant is not entitled to any surplus between actual value of prize and stated approximate retail
value. In the event Sponsor is unable to award prize as stated, Selected Participant will receive a
substitute prize of equal or greater value, at Sponsor’s discretion. Selected Participant may not
transfer prize to another person, unless winner is a minor in which case they can transfer prize to a
parent or guardian. Sponsor will cover local and state sales tax and delivery fees. All federal, state
and local taxes or license on a prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners (or, if a minor,
their parent or adult legal guardian). Any costs or fees not specifically listed herein are the
responsibility of the Selected Participant. Selected Participant (or if a minor their parent/adult legal
guardian) will be required to sign, have notarized and return within the time specified an Affidavit
of Eligibility, Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release prior to prize award, or else prize will be
forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential prize winner. Selected Participants may expect
delivery of prize within 4 weeks, subject to the satisfaction of the requirements set forth above,
unless otherwise noted at the time of prize notification.
