Monthly Prizes (12): TWELVE Oogie’s Gourmet Popcorn Gift Packs each containing eight (EIGHT) bags of Oogie’s Gourmet Popcorn (ARV $28.00 USD). and (12) TWELVE 500 snack bag donations to each monthly winner’s choice of a single school or local community organization (ARV $500.00 USD) . One monthly winner will be randomly selected beginning February 1, 2013 and ending January 1, 2014. Winners will be randomly selected using random.org from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Any difference between the stated ARV of a prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. The ARV of all prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the retail value thereof, and the actual fair market values, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, are final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed.
