I’ve been trying to work out and eat healthier and it’s not always easy. I’ve really been trying to get my 10,000 steps in a day. I love to walk so this shouldn’t be a problem for me. I know if I had a treadmill I’d be able to surely get my steps in each day. Luckily I got a pedometer to review from Ozeri.

I’ve always loved pedometers because they’ll count up all the steps you take each day. This will easily help you reach your 10,000 steps.

I love using my Ozeri pedometer. It has many different types of options which is great. Even though we are suppose to have at least 10,000 steps a day, you can change that with the pedometer to what you would like to achieve for the day. I always set mine at 10,000 steps a day but eventually I’ll set it even higher when I start walking more.

It’s got a couple different clips. You can clip this right to your pants or shirt if you want to. I normally use the clip and clip it right to the pocket of my pants. One of the things I wouldn’t recommend is to have this on when you’re in a car. I noticed it was added up steps as I was in the car going down the road. Just make sure to shut it off and save your stuff while you’re in the car.

A few of the other options are speed, distance, calories, exercise time, fat burned, steps to go and dual walking and jogging modes. This is my first pedometer I’ve had that has so many different options. The old one I had didn’t have as many options and I honestly didn’t really care for it. I really love that this one shows the calories. I’ve always wanted to know how many calories I could actually burn in a day.

If you’re looking for a pedometer then the Ozeri one is a perfect choice. It’s got a lot of great options that I’m sure you’ll love. I already love it more than my other pedometers. I love all the extra options.
