Recently I’ve been trying to eat a lot healthier and exercise more. Sometimes it can be very difficult to eat healthy. I know what foods are good for me, but I don’t really know much of something I should eat. Just because something is good for you doesn’t mean you should be eating a lot of it. This is why a kitchen scale is a great kitchen item to have.
I received the Ozeri Touch II digital kitchen scale to review. This is only the second kitchen scale I’ve ever owned. I’m happy to have a nice kitchen scale where I can finally weigh all my food. Now I won’t have to worry about eating too much food since I can use this scale to weigh it all.

There are so many great things about this scale. I really love how thin and light it is. It’s so much better than the old scales that my parents use to have or still do have. The LCD screen is really nice. It’s very clear to read which is always nice.
I’m so happy with this scale. I’ll be able to weigh all my food now and not have to worry about eating to much of something. This is really going to help me out on my journey to get healthier.
