Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a Home Theater System which will be awarded in the form of a $2,500 Best Buy Gift Card. The Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $2,500. Use of Gift Card is subject to issuer’s terms and conditions, including expiration dates. The ARV of consumer electronics prizes are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.
