I recently got the opportunity to review Probar Fruition gluten-free bars. I’m always looking for a “healthy” kind of snack that the kids will actually eat. So when this came to me, I knew I had to try ’em. I’d never heard of them before. We got to try an assortment of each flavor. There is Strawberry, Lemon, Chocolate Orange, Blueberry, Cran-Raspberry, Cherry, and Peach.

I LOVED the Chocolate Orange flavor. The peach and blueberry competed for my second favorite, then the strawberry. I admit I didn’t even try the cherry or lemon or cran-raspberry. I’m very judgemental! Not only are these fruit bars gluten free, but they are also dairy-free and vegan. Fruition bars offer 1 serving of fruit in every bar and are built from a 100% vegan, organic, non-GMO, gluten-free medley of dates, oats, chia seeds, and cashews. When you first open them, they look disgusting. They’re not “bars” that I was expecting. They’re soft and chewy. And surprisingly tasty! Tristan is my picky eater. I made him try a strawberry. He said it wasn’t yucky, but he wasn’t going to eat anymore of it. Gwen liked the chocolate orange like me and the strawberry. Richie wasn’t big on them, either but ate the blueberry. He’s picky like Tristan! I am definitely going to be finding me some more of the chocolate orange! They were amazing.
