WEEKLY INSTANT WIN PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) AND WEEKLY WINNER NOTIFICATION:
After a Game Play, you will be informed if you have won a Weekly Prize (subject to verification of eligibility). One (1), computer generated winning time for each Weekly Prize listed below, will be randomly generated each week during the Promotion Period. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “week” is defined as any seven (7) day period beginning each Tuesday of the Promotion Period at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending each Monday of the Promotion Period at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except the first “week” of the Promotion which will actually be twelve (12) days starting on November 1, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and end on November 12, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last week of the Promotion Period which will be a total of ten (10) days starting on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and end the following Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. If you are the first player to complete a Game Play at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential winner of the Weekly Prize, subject to verification of eligibility. If you receive a message that contains any message other than a winning prize message, you are not a prize winner.

Twelve (12) Weekly Prizes: Each Weekly Prize consists of an e-reader, an e-reader case, and a $25 gift card, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $195. The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the number of Game Plays and the time each Game Play is received. The number of prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as prizes are awarded. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person.

Total Instant Win Game Prize Pool ARV: $2,340.

Weekly Winner Notification: All potential Weekly Prize winners will be notified by a confirmation page that appears after the participant plays the Game. This confirmation page will provide prize redemption instructions. Weekly Prizes will not be awarded until after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Promotion Entities shall have no liability for any potential winner notification that is not received by any potential winner for any reason, including but not limited to computer

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING, PRIZE AND NOTIFICATION: Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period, by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the drawing, on or about February 8, 2013. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $2,500 pre-paid debit card.

Sweepstakes Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential Grand Prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected. Sweepstakes potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, IRS Form W-9, and a Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law)(collectively, the “Winner Documents”), all of which must be returned within 10 days from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. In the event of non-compliance with these official rules, or if the prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate potential winner.
