It’s hard to believe that Christmas is almost here! There are about three weeks left til Christmas, and I think I’m certainly ready for the holidays! I just love this time of year. Being around friends and family is always the best. I normally stay home on Christmas day so that I can spend time with my husband and kids. I’ll still go out with family/friends on the other days besides Christmas. I just love to actually spend Christmas day with my husband and daughters and usually nobody else, unless someone decides to stop over.
If you’re hosting a party during the holidays, you probably want to clean up your home for all your guests. I just moved in to my first home a few months ago, and it’s been great living here so far. Since I just moved, I have hosted one party, and that was a birthday party for my youngest daughter. My husband and I tried this vacuum out on one of the carpets in our home, which is right in the doorway. My husband calls it the mud room as I like to call it the entryway. That means that when you enter the house, it’s where all our shoes/coats and such are stored. Now that it’s winter, boots are a must for us, and they become very dirty too. That means that the carpet is going to get very dirty when we walk in the door. This vacuum has been great at picking up all those messes. My husband was amazed at all the dirt it sucked up the first time we actually used it.
You can see on the bottom part of the vacuum there is a soft brushroll and a bristle brush. The soft brushroll directly engages the floor to pull in large, small and stuck-on particles on the floor as well as pulls in particles and high piles on the carpet. The bristle brush accelerates large, small and stuck-on particles into high-velocity suction channel on floors as well as deep cleans, engaging the carpet to remove embedded fine dirt on carpets.
This vacuum came with a lot of accessories. Each of these are designed for different things. I’m going to give a breakdown below on what each of these accessories are great for.
- Under appliance wand-Extend to access areas under hard-to-move appliances and furniture. Flip extension upside down to clean underside of appliances also.
- Wall Mount-Great for putting up on the wall so it can hold your vacuum.
- Duster Crevice Tool-Two cleaning tools in one. The crevice tool gives you extended cleaning reach for small spaces, while the dusting brush cleans a multitude of surfaces.
- Pet Upholstery Tool-Perfect for grabbing pet hair and lint from furniture and other upholstered surfaces. Ideal for: pet hair, dusting and large particle pickup.
- TruePet Mini Motorized Brush-The ultimate weapon against embedded dander and the clingiest pet hair. Removes dirt, dust, and allergens from deep inside pillows, upholstery, and carpets.
- Dusting Brush-Great for dusting a multitude of surfaces such as shelves, baseboards, window frames and more.
This vacuum is so easy to use, my daughters can even use it. You’ll see the orange button on top, which is for turning the vacuum on. There are a couple of different settings. One is meant for high pile carpets and the other is meant for bare floors and area rugs. I think it’s very important to make sure you put it on the right setting.
The filters are very simple to find. They’re located where the handle part is on the vacuum right on top. As you can see, the first filter was already dirty, and that’s just from cleaning my entryway in my home. These filters should be cleaned out monthly. Sometimes we’ll clean ours more depending on how dirty they get.
The dust cup is where all the dirt/debris/dust goes when vacuuming. Again, when I used this for the first time, you’ll see how dirty it had gotten. It’s crazy to see how much dirt there really was. There is a max fill line, so you’ll want to make sure to empty it when it reaches that line.
I’ve been using the Shark Rocket Complete for a while now, and I’m really enjoying it. It works so well at cleaning many messes in my home. I highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to have a clean home. I have three cats, so cat hair is always all over the place. I love using the accessories that are made for cleaning up pet hair. They work great!
Now my home is going to be very clean for the holidays. I’m excited to celebrate the holidays with family and friends. It’s the perfect time to make your home very clean for when you have your guests over. Shark has been doing a great job with their vacuums. We need a new vacuum in this one looks like something I could use. We have floors that need a good cleaning and a vacuum cleaner that is decided it’s done. I will have to add this to my Christmas list.

I cannot believe this heavy duty vacuum cleaner was very convenient and easy to use. An all in one and comes up with a lot of accessories. Saving time and effort was the main purpose and I better have one of this.

This looks like a great product for cleaning laminate floors. I could use one of these for Christmas. We are moving into a new home that has all laminate floors. I am excited because they are fairly easy to keep clean. We put down new flooring in our current home in order to sell it.

With a German Shepherd and long haired Chihuahua we vacuumed constantly. I like that this can be mounted to the wall for easy storage and access.

I finally made the switch to a Shark a couple of months ago and I love it! My Kirby was amazing but weighed a ton so I was happy that the Shark was such a lightweight replacement.

It looks like it’s a great product. I like that it has so many heads and you can easily clean the places in the house which are not so accessible, like under the couch. And it looks like the handle keeps your back straight, perfect for people with back pains.
