Hall of Fame
The South Dakota Hall of Fame is located in Chamberlain, SD. There is so much to see and learn about once you step inside. It was really nice seeing this place because I learned a lot and I saw so many people in the Hall of Fame. I always enjoy going to historical places, especially these hall of frame places. I love to learn about people who have become part of the hall of fame. It’s all very interesting to me.
One of the first things I noticed right away when I went inside the building, was Mr. and Mrs. South Dakota. It was really neat to be able to learn a bit more about them and see some of the clothing they wore too. I always find fashion to be really interesting. I love seeing all the clothing everyone wears throughout the years.
The Dignity Statue is just a smaller version of the bigger one. This small statue is inside the museum, as the bigger one is actually at one of the rest areas in the same exact city.
They even had a lot of beautiful artwork. I absolutely love looking at art pieces, and all of these sure were amazing. Everyone who did all these pieces of art are amazing artists. It’s nice to be able to see such lovely art.
One of my favorite pieces of artwork, was this one with three different pieces. They were all very beautiful.
Vintage Items
I love being able to see all the old/vintage items, and being able to see this camera was really neat. I absolutely love all things vintage, so being able to see anything like this is amazing to me. It amazes me how much things have changed over the years. Sometimes I wish we still had certain items like we did back then. I just love these cameras and so many other vintage items.
When you go outside of the Hall of Fame, you’ll see the Veterans Park. What a beautiful site to see this was. A great place to honor many of the veterans.
It was such a great way to honor all those veterans. I really enjoyed walking through this park and seeing everyone’s names and such. What a great way to honor everyone. I loved what they did with the stones and flags. Very beautiful.
Great Place to See
You’ll also see many different ways that they got around. There was the U.S. Air Force plane as well as many of the vehicles that everyone got around in. I always find these very interesting to see. They all put their lives on the line for all of us, and it’s nice to see some of the ways they get around. A big that you to all those who have fought or are still fighting for us. It’s incredible what you all do.
This place is definitely worth the stop if you’re ever in the area. It is located in Chamberlain, SD. Our hotel we ended up staying at was very close to this place, so I wanted to make sure I checked it out. We drove right by it on our way to the hotel, and it looked like a place to see, and it sure was.
