Now that the weather is finally starting to warm up, my daughters and I can start enjoying being outdoors more. They love to do all kinds of activities outside. One of their favorites, is having a tea party. They have been asking to do this for a while now. Sure, we could have done one indoors, but they really wanted to have one outside.

itty Bitty Prettys

In celebration of our tea party, we got the itty Bitty Prettys. Each of these come with a doll and accessories inside the tea cups. Since we were having a tea party, we thought these tea party surprise tea cups would be an awesome addition to the tea party. They were perfect since they came in teacups as well. My daughters love surprise toys as well, so I made this tea party very special for them.

About itty Bitty Prettys

A modern take on traditional tea party and doll play combined with the highly sought after surprise and collectability factor, the Itty Bitty Prettys are a squad of collectible fashion-forward, tea-loving, friendship-fostering characters of all backgrounds that come together for the ultimate par-tea.

Little Teacup

This spring, two Golden Bing Babes join the squad in the Itty Bitty Prettys Little Tea Cup bringing ten fabulous dolls to collect combined with 12 delightful surprises. The Little Tea Cup includes a working teacup, a saucer that also serves as a doll stand, an Itty Pretty doll, a swappable doll outfit and a set of stylish accessories including shoes, jewelry, eyewear and more. Additional tea party must-haves include a magic teabag, fizzing cube,  cotton candy dough and more. Ages 4+, SRP $9.99. Available at Walmart, Target and Amazon!

Giant Teacup Playset

The Itty Bitty Prettys Giant Teacup Playset includes everything one needs to host the most epic tea party. Available in two surprise friendship themes each with two dolls, the respective themed playset features more than 25 surprises including a convertible table, spoon, working teacup and teapot, stylish accessories including shoes and jewelry, two Itty Bitty pets, dissolvable tea bags, fizzing ‘sugar’ cubes and more. Four dolls plus a rare Itty bitty Pretty can be found in the The Giant Teacup Playset.

Each of the little teacups come with a doll and lots of accessories inside.

My daughters even started using the teacups that came with the itty Bitty Prettys. They like to use them for their tea parties that they have.

Check out the doll and all the fun accessories! My daughters both ended up getting the same doll inside their little teacups. She’s so pretty too!

On top of each of the giant teacups is a spoon. This is going to be used to open it up.

You use the spoon to spin it around until it opens up. My daughters loved doing this. They thought it was really neat.

The giant teacups came with so many items inside. My daughters were so excited to see everything that came inside.

Inside the giant teacups there is a spot with question marks. Inside those are even more surprises!

Just like for real tea, they came with tea bags! Inside each of these are the clothing for the dolls. All you have to do is dip them in warm water in the teacup that came with these.

Once you dip them in, you’ll see their amazing outfits! How neat is that?!

There are even bath bombs that are suppose to be like sugar cubes. We love it!

Once you put the bath bomb in some water, it will start to fizz up. They are really neat to see.

Bath Bombs

We loved watching them fizz up. They had glitter that made it so sparkly and pretty. My daughters really loved this part. There is also accessories inside the bath bombs, so that is fun too. We may have accidently put a little too much water in the first ones and they started to overflow. It was amazing though, so we didn’t mind.

My daughters both got two dolls inside the giant teacups along with lots of fun accessories. They were so excited with the dolls they got. All of them were very beautiful and unique.

Beautiful Dolls

They got a total of six dolls. Two came from the giant teacup and one from the smaller teacup. They are all so absolutely gorgeous too! These dolls are going to get played with a lot. My daughters are so excited with all the dolls they got. I know they especially loved the cat and unicorn ones. They were really thrilled when some of them even came with pets.

Once my daughters opened up their itty Bitty Prettys, they were ready for their tea party. The smaller teacups came with the one teacup and the giant one came with one teacup and one teapot. This was perfect for having a tea party.

Having a tea party can be such a great experience. My daughters were outside for at least an hour doing a tea party. They had a blast. Since they had the itty Bitty Prettys, they were able to play with them along with having their very own tea party.

This is one of our first tea parties we have had, and they loved it so much. We even had some treats to go along with it. They made some tiny sandwiches and had cookies.

It was so nice that they were actually able to use all the teacups and teapots and have their own tea party. We don’t own any actual glass teacups or teapots, but after having this tea party I’m sure we’ll be getting a set. They had such a fun time.

I thought it was adorable that they added in some of their stuffed animals. They wanted to play along with them too. That way they could all have some tea, cookies and sandwiches too. I love it when kids can use their imaginations.

My daughters even did a video of opening up the itty Bitty Prettys. They were so excited!

Tea Party Fun

If your kids have ever wanted to have a tea party and they haven’t yet, it’s a great time to have one. I had a lot of time helping my daughters set up their tea party and you could tell they had a lot of fun too. The itty Bitty Prettys made this experience even better. There was so much excitement going on. Surprise toys are a lot of fun for my kids too. They enjoy being able to be surprised with what is inside.

There is a lot of fun to be had with tea parties. Kids get to experience something really exciting. Being able to let them have their very own tea party is also great for letting them use their imaginations. You may be surprised at what they could come up with, especially when they use their stuffed animals during the party.

I remember having a tea set growing up. I’m not sure what my mom ended up doing with it. It’s long gone. Thinking about that tea set makes me miss my mom so much. We used to have tea parties in the kitchen. My stuffed animals were always invited too. Ah the memories. My daughter had a tea set if I remember correctly. It’s been a long time since she was little. I can’t wait to have tea parties with my grandkids one day. Keep those memories coming. 🙂
