I received three dvd’s from Lionsgate for review. I got two of the Thomas & Friends dvd’s and one of the Barney dvd. My kids love all sorts of movies and t.v. shows. They have watched Barney a few times before but they have never seen Thomas & Friends before, so I was very excited for them to watch those. They both enjoy trains so I knew they would most likely enjoy those movies.

The dvd’s I received are: Thomas & Friends Animals Aboard!, Thomas & Friends King of the Railway The Movie and Barney Most Huggable Moments. My youngest daughter (Tesla) really loves trains. I let her watch both of the Thomas & Friends movies and she really enjoyed them. She’s been watching them a few times since they have arrived.

Thomas & Friends Animals Aboard is a video about Thomas and his friends going on an exciting adventure with furry friends. All the engines are helping all animals big and small. I think my daughter enjoyed this one more because of all the animals in it.

Thomas & Friends King of the Railway was the first Thomas & Friends movie both of my daughters have seen. I couldn’t believe they actually sat down and watched it all. I didn’t think they would be very interested in the movie but I was proved wrong. I’m really glad they enjoyed this because I think these videos are very educational. I’d say if your kids love trains then they’re going to love all the Thomas & Friends movies.

Barney was my favorite show when I was little. It’s always been a very educational show. My daughter just started preschool this year and I think this movie was great for her. This video has a lot to do with making kids feel special just the way they are and to make sure kids stay the way they are and not pretend to be anyone else. Lots of teamwork in here too.  I really enjoyed this video because of all the great teamwork and learning from the video. Now that my daughter is in school I know she’ll be around a lot of kids and I want her to feel comfortable the way she is. This video will teach the kids a lot about that.

All these videos are great for kids. If you have kids that love trains then they’re going to love the Thomas & Friends videos. Also if you just want to help your kids learn then the Barney video would be the perfect option for you. All videos were very educational and we all learned a lot from them.

Disclosure: I received these products in exchange for a review. The opinions are all my own and may differ from yours.
