I absolutely love chocolate but I have to be very careful when it comes to eating chocolate. Unfortunately for me, some chocolate will give me migraines, so I have to watch which kind I eat. I have found that dark chocolate is amazing and it doesn’t give me migraines, so I normally go for dark chocolate when I want some chocolate to eat. That or chocolate with peanut butter usually is okay as well. I’m not sure why, but it’s just the way it is for me. I’m okay with it though because dark chocolate is better for you anyways. Luckily I found out about Gatsby chocolate, and it’s delicious and I can actually eat it without getting a migraine, so that’s a huge plus for me.
GATSBY Chocolate
I was amazed to find out that GATSBY was created by the co-founder of Halo Top Ice Cream and other original Halo Top members. It is no wonder they taste so amazing. Not only that, but these have way less calories and sugar than most chocolate too. I was very happy to see that. GATSBY’s Sea Salt Extra Dark Chocolate is 60 calories per serving and Almond Dark is 70 calories per serving, which is half the calories or less compared to anything else out there! Even other low-sugar chocolate bars are double the calories compared to GATSBY.
Sea Salt Extra Dark
I was really excited about the sea salt and extra dark chocolate because this is a combination that I love a lot. Sea salt and chocolate go great together. Being as this was extra dark chocolate, I was a bit worried I may not like it, but I actually really loved it. I’m glad to know I can enjoy a nice extra dark chocolate bar now that has sea salt in it. This was surprisingly really good. I loved the extra dark chocolate taste mixed with the sea salt. I’ve always enjoyed having sea salt mixed in with chocolate. The combination is such an amazing taste too.
Almond Dark
I was also very excited about seeing the dark chocolate almond as well. I love chocolate with almonds in it too. Usually when I go for my dark chocolate, I look for the ones with almonds in them. Those tend to be my favorites when I’m looking for something with some kind of nut inside them. Almonds are my absolute favorite.
Peanut Butter Cups
These peanut butter cups are amazing! For having so little sugar and little calories, I was very surprised at how delicious these are. They have become my new favorite peanut butter cups. I absolutely love these! These are one of the only type of milk chocolate that I can actually have that won’t give me a migraine, so I love that. I’m so glad they are very delicious as well. They have a great chocolate and peanut butter combo.
Knowing that they all have so little sugar and little calories, is so great. This makes me more excited to get more of these. I know that I will definitely be getting more of these chocolates for sure. Before finding this chocolate, I started to stay away from it because of all the calories and sugar, so it’s nice to see that these have so little of both. I’m glad to finally be able to enjoy some chocolate again.
