Trying to Live Healthier? Switch to These Simple Daily Habits

13 February, 2026 by KatBp Leave a Comment

Did you know that more than half of Thailand’s population lives an unhealthy lifestyle? This has not only resulted in a rising case of obesity but also a growing number of people getting sick with chronic diseases.

If you’re part of this statistic, there’s no better time to start living a healthier lifestyle than now. From switching to green tea (ชาเขียว) to being more mindful of your health, here are some simple daily habits that you can apply:

  • Take hydration seriously. How many times have you heard the advice “drink water” and never really followed it? The truth is, good hydration is one of the easiest things that you can do to be healthier because it helps your organs function better, flushes out any unwanted toxins outside your body and even helps to keep your skin glowing. Now hydration isn’t only limited to drinking water. If you’re not a fan of the taste of water, you can alternate with healthy beverages such as green tea, which has many benefits for both your body and your skin.
  • Get moving. A lot of people think that the only way to exercise is to go to the gym. But since a lot of people feel intimidated to work out, they just skip exercising altogether. Now you don’t actually need to go to the gym to get moving. According to studies, something as simple as a 10-minute walk around the neighbourhood can already make a huge difference in your health. And if you don’t have that time, try skipping the elevator and taking the stairs instead.
  • Invest in your sleep. We all live very busy lives that sleep becomes a luxury. But that shouldn’t be the case because adequate sleep is crucial to overall health. So if you’ve been slacking on sleep, commit to following the same sleeping and waking time, so your circadian rhythm can get back to normal. If you’re used to browsing your phone, try putting the phone away at least an hour before bedtime, so your brain can start to relax and wind down to get your body ready for sleep.

Finally, it’s very important to learn how to handle stress before it takes over your health. If you’re feeling burned out at work or just stressed with life circumstances, take the time to breathe, go out and reset your brain. It’s also very important to seek help if you can’t handle the stress anymore. This will help you manage your stress better, so you can keep yourself healthy even if you’re living a very chaotic life.

At the end of the day, your health is the result of simple daily habits that make a huge difference in your life. So if you plan to commit to a healthier life this year, start with these habits that will surely change how you feel in the long run. Now if you’re switching to green tea and still haven’t found the right supplier, get in touch with us so we can supply you with the best products on the market.
