Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Daily Prizes: $10,730.42
SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: A random drawing will take place on February 10, 2014 to select the Grand Prize Winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
- Two (2) roundtrip coach airline tickets for February 2015 from a location within the United States to an airport near Glendale, AZ.
- $500 in spending cash
- A check in the amount of $11,750 from the Administrator which may be used to secure the following Event Package:
- Two (2) upper level tickets to the 2015 Big Game in Glendale, AZ;
- Three (3) nights, one room, double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Scottsdale Resort Center; and
- Round trip transportation between hotel and stadium.
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $15,000.
All expenses associated with travel, receipt of prize package, and/or use of any element of Grand Prize package not expressly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Actual value of Grand Prize package may vary based on location of winner, airfare fluctuations, and distance between departure and destination. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual and stated approximate retail value. Airfare and hotel accommodations will be selected and arranged by Administrator. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Grand Prize Winner’s proximity to Glendale, AZ, round trip ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s discretion, and cash difference will not be awarded.
The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest are responsible for all in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, meals, beverages, gratuities, upgrades, personal incidentals, amenities and any other fees and expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card.
The event package must be secured by the Grand Prize Winner by February 28, 2014. Administrator will provide Grand Prize Winner with details to purchase event package from a third party. If Grand Prize Winner does not secure the event package by February 28, 2014, the tickets, hotel and spending cash will be forfeited and the Grand Prize Winner may keep the check for $11,750.
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
