Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients: 

  • White Rice
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Peppers (I used yellow, red and orange)
  • Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1-2 tbs. Salt Free 17 Seasoning
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil

Instructions: 

Take a tablespoon of olive oil and put it in a frying pan. Spread it around the pan. Cut up your peppers, sugar snap peas and potatoes. Put as many as you want in the frying pan. sprinkle on some of the seasoning. You can use as much as you want but I would recommend about 1-2 tbs. Meanwhile you can cook up the rice according to the package. Once the vegetables are done cooking you can put them on top of the rice. I place some of the rice on a plate and top with all the vegetables. This is a very simple recipe. I hope you ENJOY!
