I’m a bit sad that summer is coming to an end, but I’m also excited for fall. Before summer ends, I took my daughters and some of their friends to a local sunflower field. We all love sunflowers, and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get some pictures with the sunflowers.
Sunflower Field
What a beautiful sunflower field it was too. They did say that the sunflowers didn’t grow to big this year, but we didn’t mind. We still wanted to go to check them all out.
Sunflowers With Bees
There were many bees around, which is to be expected. We just had to be careful with them all around the sunflowers. I think bees are really neat, so I had to snap some photos of them on the sunflowers too.
Pick Your Own Sunflower
You could even pay to pick your own sunflower and take it home. It was only $1 per sunflower, so I let everyone choose one to take home. There were all kinds of items out in the field so that you could take pictures too. We found a tractor, and the girls wanted me to get some photos of them on there.
So Many Photo Opportunities
It was nice that they had things set up around the sunflower field for everyone to get photos. There were a lot of benches and chairs around so you could sit and get your photo taken. It was really nice to have that so that the girls could get some great photos.
If you have ever thought about going to a sunflower field or have never been before, I highly suggest you go. Just being able to see all these amazing sunflowers and capturing their beauty was so fun. I love how beautiful sunflowers are, and every chance I get, I’ll snap photos of them.
This whole experience was wonderful for all of us. Some of us had never actually been to an actual sunflower field before. I have seen sunflowers, and even grew my own before, but this was the first time I went to a sunflower field.
Seeing sunflowers up close and getting photos of them is amazing. I love seeing them up close. This way you can really capture all their beauty. Sunflowers are gorgeous flowers to be photographed.
I can’t wait to go back again next year. We’re hoping to see them grow taller next year as well. We had very hot weather this year, which was affecting a lot of things this summer. Hopefully next year won’t be as hot and dry. That way we can see them as they are much taller.
I think that sunflowers are so pretty. This is a picture perfect place to explore.

Sunflowers are so beautiful. I tried to grow them in my garden but I wasn’t successful. Good thing that there are sunflower fields that I can visit and appreciate the beauty of these blooms.

We were not worried at all. They won’t hurt you if you don’t hurt them. 🙂 We had no issues with the bees.
