Another week has passed by. The weather is starting to get so much nicer. Now that it’s March, the weather is finally starting to get better. It has been between the 30-50’s. For some I’m sure that seems really cold, but being in Wisconsin, it’s amazing! I’m looking forward to the warmer weather. I know my daughters and I will be outside a lot more now. We have already been enjoying it outdoors with the great weather. Take a look at some of the things we have done this past week.
My Daughters Made Their Own Plays
I’m not sure what made my daughters want to write up their own plays, but they just decided to do it. I thought it was wonderful. I love it when kids can become creative like this. It’s nice to see some of the things they can come up with. They sure did a lot of plays too. They even acted them out for my husband and I. My oldest daughter, Mercades wanted to write up the plays first, and then Tesla started to help her with them as well. They did such a great job. They were so creative! They even dressed up some to go with the characters they played.
My Daughters Decorated Their Own Masks
I had some white masks and my daughters really wanted to decorate them. I let them go for it. I think it’s great that you can decorate your own mask. I say you can still have style while wearing a mask. If you want to decorate it to your liking, you should be able to. That’s one thing I really love about the white masks. You’re able to make them your own. They had a lot of fun with it to. I love to see how creative they can get with them.
Our Chickens Are Enjoying The Nice Weather
We have chickens and ducks, and they have been loving the weather. They really enjoy it when it’s nice out. I can already seen how much happier they are now that the snow is starting to melt. They’re able to run around more and start bathing in the dirt. They have always loved to do that. My daughters and I enjoy spending more time outdoors with them as well. We always go out there more often when the chickens are out. It’s always fun to just watch them running around.
We Watched The Premiere Of Yes Day And Had Our Own Yes Day Too
You may have already saw my post about Yes Day. My daughters and I were able to watch the movie Yes Day before it comes to Netflix on Friday, March 12. This is definitely a movie to watch, especially if you have kids. It was a really good movie. Since we watched the movie, we had our own yes day as well. I was able to say yes to my kids for the whole day (24 hours). I did have to set some rules though. They knew they couldn’t ask for crazy things like getting a pet or having a vacation. Some rules were all set, but overall they did a great job. They actually mainly just asked for things to do around the house. They did also ask to go out to McDonalds to eat. For the most part we stayed around the house and did some fun activities. It was a blast. I can’t wait to have another Yes Day with them!
I’m Currently Reading Love At First
I love to read, and the current book I’m reading now is Love At First. It’s a romance novel, and it’s amazing. I haven’t finished it yet, but I’m getting close. I absolutely love reading all kinds of books, and romance is a definite favorite of mine. I was given this book to read, and I’m really enjoying it so far. I can’t wait to see what happens towards the end of it either, but at the same time I don’t want it to end. It’s one of those books that is really hard to set down. I hate it when books end, but at the same time it’s nice to pick up another too.
It is nice to know Wisconsin is warming up too because my daughter is there. It seems as though the kids are making the best of their time inside during the cold weather
I’m so glad it’s getting nicer too. I can’t wait for it to get even better and have no snow left.
I am loving the warm weather as well. The masks are super cute! And I wish we could have chickens, but they aren’t allowed in our area.

OMG, I love this so much. What a fun thing to do with kids. I will give it a try. I like that you set some rules before hand, who knows what they would ask if rules weren’t in place. LOL
It sure was fun. We had a blast. You definitely want some rules because I know I wouldn’t be able to say yes to everything if that were the case.

I’m glad the weather is getting warmer. I’ve been tired of the cold. I’m usually on vacation in a southern state, but have had to hold those trips off.

My kids had fun decorating their masks. As for chickens, yes they’re a lot of fun. It’s to bad you can’t have them. I’m not in the city, but our city just passed a law of those in town can have them but only five I think it was. Hope that happens more for others.
I am glad that spring seems to be on the way. It has been a tough winter and it is nice to be able to think about doing stuff outside.
