I still sleep with my Snoogle from when I was pregnant. I would give this to my dad though. He recently had part of his lung surgery and this would be great for him.

The heating pad is my BEST friend when I’m experiencing back pain. The heat relaxes my muscles, and usually gives me relief

Currently I don’t do anything because I don’t know what to do. But I really need something because I have really bad rheumatoid arthritis especially in my lower back and legs and problems with my sciatic nerve. I have trouble even getting comfortable no matter where I am sitting or laying so I really need something that might help.
