Prizes

·         The first winner selected will receive a trip to Los Angeles, California, which includes round-trip airfare for two to either the Los Angeles International Airport, LAX, or the Bob Hope Airport, BUR, three nights at the Four Seasons Westlake Village for two with breakfasts, a spa package for two with a 50 minute Therapist’s Choice Massage (gratuity included), and one day for two at the California Health & Longevity Institute (including a Bod Pod body composition analysis, a nutrition consultation with a registered dietitian, a fitness consultation, a life balance consultation, a wellness kitchen lunch experience (if available at the time of booking), and a mindful eating workshop), with a total value of approximately $3,445.  The first winner must notify Sponsor at least six (6) months prior to a proposed date of the trip, and the first winner must take the trip within twelve (12) months of notification of winning by Sponsor.

The total value of all fourteen (14) prizes is $4,715. Sponsor will not award a cash equivalent for the prize. A prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made. Each winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt.
