Have you ever tried essential oils? I recently just started trying them out. I have heard of many great uses for them, so I wanted to see for myself. I was recently given the chance to review a lavender and peppermint essential oil from Insta Natural.

These essential oils are 100% pure natural. Each bottle contains a large 4 ounces of essential oil for exceptional value, and it includes a dropper top for convenience. They’re made in the USA in advanced FDA registered facilities.

The peppermint smell was amazing. It had a menthol smell, which is why I love using this one for my family when we’re sick. My oldest daughter has recently been sick, so I’ve been using this in her room so that it would hopefully help her. What I do is put about five drops in the humidifier when my kids go to bed. She’s had a cough for about a week now and ever since I’ve been using the peppermint essential oil, she seems to be doing better. I’ve even breathed it in to get the menthol smell so that it could help me out as well. I had a sore throat for a while. Since I’ve been breathing the peppermint essential oil in, I haven’t had a sore throat. I love how great this product is for when you’re sick. It’s very helpful.

The lavender essential oil is great for relaxation. I thought I would try this out with my daughters humidifier as well. I wanted to see if it would help them sleep at night. They actually do very well with sleeping at night, but sometimes I wish they would sleep longer and sleep in more often. My daughters usually get up around 7 in the morning. My oldest is used to getting up around 6:30 for school, so that’s probably why she’s always up around seven in the morning.

Over the past weekend, my daughters actually slept in. I didn’t think anything of it, besides maybe they were just that tired. Then I remembered I used the lavender essential oil in their humidifier. My youngest was up around 9 and my oldest was up at about 10. I could not believe they actually slept in. I knew it must have been the lavender essential oil. They never sleep in that late. It doesn’t matter when they go to bed, but they’re always up around seven. I truly believe the lavender essential oil helped them stay relaxed and got a great nights rest.

These essential oils are amazing. I can’t wait to try them out with other options. There are so many uses for essential oils. What have you used essential oils for?

When I came here in the US, I brought an essential oil that was used by Mom for years. My husband was skeptical in using it to our daughter but when he saw how it relieved her discomfort, he became a regular user of it as well. I’d love to try that laventder myself.
