Do you ever have one of those days where you just don’t feel like cooking? I think we all have some of these days. Recipes that are quick and easy are some of my favorites for those days where I don’t want to cook. You’ll still have to cook and prepare the meals, but having something that doesn’t take as much time is a lot easier.

I received two cookbooks to review. They’re called Quick & Easy Dump Dinners and Quick & Easy Dump Cakes and More. All of these recipes in the cookbooks are quick and easy. They don’t take much time to cook and they’re so simple to make. Cathy Mitchell is the one who came up with these recipes and she did an amazing job.

There are many great recipes in both of these books. In the dump dinners book you’ll find some great recipes for making dinner. In the dump cakes book you’ll find some great cakes, bars and more. Maybe it’s been a long day at work and you want to make something quick for dinner. The dump dinners recipes would be great for you to do just that. Want a quick dessert? That’s what the dump cakes cookbook would be for. I actually made one recipe from both of these books to share with you.

One of the recipes was for french toast, and I thought this would be great for breakfast. It didn’t have many ingredients and it was prepared at night and I was able to leave it in the fridge and cook it up in the morning. This french toast recipe gets baked in the oven, and it was very delicious. My daughters and I loved it.

I also made banana cake, and I have to say this was extremely easy. Since my daughters and I really love banana bread, we thought that banana cake might taste just as great. It certainly did turn out great. All you need is some cake mix, baking soda and bananas for this recipe. You bake it in the oven just like any other cake you’d make. My youngest daughter doesn’t like to eat bananas, but she ate this cake and loved it.

If you’re looking for some simple and delicious recipes, make sure to check out the Dump Dinners and Dump Cakes cookbooks. I think you’re going to love the recipes as much as I do.
