With the holidays approaching so quickly, most of us are very busy. This time of year is always busy for my family. There is so much to get ready for. Shopping for everyone on my list, decorating, baking, entertaining, and the list goes on. During this time of year it can be very hard to find time for yourself. What are some of the ways that you find time for yourself during the holidays?

We all need time to kick back and relax while we’re so busy, so we need to find the time to do that. Nature’s Bounty® has these wonderful products that are great for aromatherapy. Earthly Elements™ are 100% pure and blended aromatherapy essential oils. Have you ever used essential oils before? I use them all the time and I love them. There are a lot of ways that you can use them. I personally love using them to relax.

I have the Lemongrass and Chamomile essential oils. Chamomile is calming, nurturing and soothing. Lemongrass is sweet, uplifting, and refreshing. When I want to relax, I usually read a book or take a bath. Chamomile was perfect for this. I actually will only drink Chamomile tea, and that’s even a great way to relax. There are so many great uses of essential oils that I’ve tried.

The sweet almond skin care oil can also be used as a means to relax. You can make your own recipe with this product. You can create your own massage oil by blending up to 5 drops of any of the Nature’s Bounty® essential oils to 10 mL of the base oil. I’m sure most of you would agree with me when I say a massage is one of the most common ways to relax. My husband will give me a back massage when I ask, and sometimes he’ll even do it without asking. We never usually used oils, but now that we have this sweet almond oil we’re able to make it even more relaxing. This product has been very amazing. What’s really great is that you don’t need a lot of it in order to make the massage oil.

I have been using diffusers for a while now. You’re able to add any kinds of essential oils. I usually add something that is relaxing to my diffuser. In this case I used the Chamomile oil and it smells wonderful. It actually smells just like Chamomile tea. It’s truly very relaxing. I love to put my diffuser in my room while I’m reading a book. Reading keeps me calm and very relaxed. While I have my diffuser on, it keeps me even more relaxed. You would be amazed at how well these essential oils can work. They’re all great for so many things.

Since the holidays are so busy, you can use these Earthly Elements™  products from Nature’s Bounty® to keep calm. The holidays can be so busy, and we often don’t have the time to have “me time”.  I think it’s very important to take some time off for yourself. Taking a bath is very calming, so I love to add a few drops of essential oils to my bath. The oils can create a spa-like experience. Do you enjoy taking baths? Being able to just lay down and not really think about anything is so great. It’s a wonderful way to keep your mind off of all the busy holiday things you may be doing. It’s nice to enjoy some time to yourself.

The full Nature’s Bounty® Earthly Elements™ line can be found in the Vitamin Aisle at Walmart. I hope that you’ll take some time to relax this year with some of these products. I know I’ve enjoyed using them all. There are so many great uses for these products. How would you plan on using these products to relax during the holidays?

    • I think we all need some time to relax no matter what day it is. Although Christmas may be over, the holidays are not exactly over just yet. 🙂
