End of Week 4 on Nutrisystem

As many of you know I started with Nutrisystem four weeks ago. This officially ends my time with Nutrisystem and I can say I’ve had some amazing food and some great results as well. At the beginning it was a bit tough to make sure I ate the right portions of foods and that I wasn’t overeating or eating the wrong things. It was nice that Nutrisystem had their own food for you so that you didn’t have to make your own. Although they did give you once a week to make one lunch and one dinner on your own. That could also include going out to eat if you wanted. They had a guide that they sent me for all the right foods when eating out.

When I began with Nutrisystem I started with what was called Turbo 10. That was probably the hardest part of starting with this program. In the first week everything is very limited, so it was a bit harder, but I thought I did really well. I stuck to everything and ate what I was suppose to. It got a lot easier after the first week passed by. I was introduced with many other foods and taught so much. The portions were where I really learned a lot. I never knew how much food I should have been eating, and now I do.

The three cheese chicken was one of my favorite lunches out of everything I had been able to try. I did add some extra broccoli to this as well. It made it a lot more filling that way. Since you are allowed to have 4 servings of vegetables a day, I had to get them in some how. This was the perfect way to do that. I did this a lot with many of the meals. Adding in some of the vegetables to your meals is a great way to get them in daily, especially if you are not the biggest fan of vegetables. I’m more of a fruit fan, but there are a few vegetables that I really enjoy too.

During the first week I had the Turbo shakes and the nutricrush shakes. At first I didn’t like them at all, but the next day I started to actually enjoy them. The nutricrush shakes were my favorite. I would take one of each of these shakes each day. This really helped out with losing weight too.

Although as many of you have read, I wasn’t looking to lose weight, but I was looking to learn to stay healthy. This program has worked out wonderful for me too. I’m so glad I have learned so much from the program and I even lost a few extra pounds a long the way. In fact, I lost seven pounds from the program in just four weeks. That may not seem like a lot to some of you, but for someone who wasn’t looking to lose weight, it’s a lot!

It’s been a great journey and I’m sad to be done with Nutrisystem, but it’s been a great 4 weeks on the program and learning so much. This is a program that I would highly recommend to anyone. Those of you that are serious about losing weight, this is the perfect program for you. You can easily lose the pounds as long as you stick to the program and do exactly what they say. It’s real easy when you have these delicious foods too!

  1. The Three Cheese Chicken actually looks pretty good. I’m always nervous about trying diet foods, but I think I could get myself to eat some of this Nutrisystem stuff.

  2. Looks like they have a great variety of food you really enjoyed. Personally, I don’t know anyone who has tried them but many people like the program online.
