PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)/ODDS:
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won throughout the Sweepstakes Period consisting of a Vespa® LX 150 i.e. vehicle. The ARV of the Grand Prize is: $4,599.
The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any and all costs associated with the collection and use of the Grand Prize, including without limitation title costs; all federal, state and local taxes; license costs; PDI (pre-destination inspection) costs; registration costs; shipping costs; insurance costs; and any available accessories and options not included in the Grand Prize, if chosen by Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for pick-up of the Grand Prize at the authorized Vespa® USA dealership located closest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Weekly Prizes: There are eight (8) Weekly Prizes available to be won, one (1) for each week during the Sweepstakes Period. The Weekly Prizes available are:
- Four (4) $1,000 Neiman Marcus® Gift Cards to be used towards the purchase of designer clothing and accessories. (ARV: $1,000 each)
- Four (4) Staub® 11-inch Crepe Pans (ARV: $99.95 each)
Limit of one weekly prize per person. The ARV of all Weekly Prizes to be won is: $4,399.80.
Daily Prizes: There are two hundred-eighty (280) Daily Prizes available to be won, five (5) for each day during the Sweepstakes Period. Each daily prize will consist of a Barista Prima Coffeehouse® branded coffee mug (ARV: $8). Limit of one daily prize per person. The ARV of all Daily Prizes to be won is: $2,240.
Total ARV of all prizes being offered: $11,238.80.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
